We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. This role will primarily entail pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Valid drivers’ license
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Excellent oral, written communication & presentation skills required
  • Project Management skills required
  • A customer-centric approach in resolving queries
  • Strong knowledge of support services (back-office) and operations
  • Proficiency in general desk top orientation and particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong relationship building skills both internal and external
  • Outstanding customer service and an excellent telephone manner
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Reporting skills


  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent computer literacy especially in Microsoft applications

  • Service existing accounts and obtaining and processing orders
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to make necessary appointments and meetings with potential clients.
  • This will involve cold calling. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Central contact between clients and event coordinator
