This person will provide a full range of administrative and meeting support and will independently administer several assigned responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years hands on experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant
  • Very strong administration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The person must be very reliable, work independently and take ownership of his/her work
  • Excellent organizing skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Must be computer literate – Microsoft Office programs
