Job Summary

Job Description: Fostering and maintaining external stakeholder relationships for professional accreditation bodies. Facilitating applications, renewals and maintenance of various accreditations nationally and internationally. Provide strategic leadership, direction and advice in ongoing changes and the development and implementation of the various ETQA/DHET strategies. Internal communication regarding all changes regarding ETQA/DHET policies and procedures.

·         Communications Diploma or equivalent

·         ETQA management advantageous

·         5 years’ experience in dealing with various ETQA bodies

·         5 years’ experience in dealing with coordinating exams

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Fluent in English and at least 1 of the other national languages

·         A customer-centric approach in resolving queries

·         Strong knowledge of support services (back-office) and operations

·         Proficiency in general desk top orientation and particularly in Pastel, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

·         Strong relationship building skills both internal and external

·         Outstanding customer service and an excellent telephone manner

·         Ability to process large volumes of work

·         Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail

·         Able to work under pressure and multi-task

·         Deadline orientated

·         Reporting skills

·         Pro-active

Duties include, but are not limited to:

·         Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate recording and filing of information.

·         Facilitate external moderations / verification audits

·         Attend to Regional enquiries related to all ETQA urgent matters and liaise with ETQA Head Offices

·         Communicate all procedural changes on all ETQA and professional registration bodies

·         Management of company accreditations

·         Confirm & keep track of timeline for each reaccreditation exercise

·         Course Content Accreditation / Registrations with professional bodies

·         NEBOSH Exam Coordination

·         Preparation of documents related to the accreditation and reaccreditation and registrations of NOSA  courses

·         Monthly reporting or otherwise requested
