Job Summary

Busy city 4* hotel requires the services of a F&B Supervisor to join the team.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years Restaurant Management/strong Supervisory experience;
Address staff management and performance issues with the F&B Duty Manager and Executive Chef
Maintain and improve standards in the restaurant

Regular and consistent training of staff/skills training
To be fully aware of trends in the industry and recommend suggestions for improvement
Qualification and experience

Skills & Experience:
Basic wine Knowledge
Basic Barista Skills
Solid Beverage Knowledge
Solid Food knowledge
Communication – Verbal & Written. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (an additional European language would be an advantage)
Excellent attention to detail
PC literate including: MS outlook and Excel, Micros Symphony and Opera
Highest standard of ethical, i.e. honesty and integrity
Build & Maintain Working Relationships
Well-presented
Planning Organizing skills
Sound decision Making & Judgment skills
Outgoing personality with discreet professional touch
High stress tolerance and the ability to work under pressure
Prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional guest experience
Embraces challenge and demonstrates self-discipline and a willingness to learn
